Osclass does not open !

Good to all I still can not understand what is the problem and installed the osclass and it takes 2 minutes to open the same if you try to work in the admin panel or publish is very slow and I do not know what is the domain is https:// lamoment .ro

Your site loads very slowly for me.
When publish/registration process is slow, it relates to mail server configuration.

Tested and also from Belgium it takes at least 2 minutes before i can see you mainpage. Cheap hosting?

Recently I saw someone having such issue because imported like 10 countries and for some reason database did not like it.
If you did so, try to remove few countries in backoffice.
