this is interference from a plugin. all in one, osclass pay, or another. as someone mentioned, the png does not exist in the core files, therefore it came from a plugin / addon. why the error? if you changed your server's php to 83, after the update, some plugins, may need to be updated, otherwise a lot od the code is deprecated. try to disable all plugins, clear all caches, and try again and see if the error goes away.
