Drag&drop the categories not Working

Drag&drop the categories to reorder them the way you like. Click on edit link to edit the category not working..
when i am adding new category and try to move its not working , while i checked on other browser and login Again but its not working. .check attached screenshot..

When i changed Jquery version to 1.x.x then its working but if i change again Jquery version to 3.x.x then again its giving error.. while i am using on my other website its working fine with jquery version 3.x.x

Can anyone please tell me any solution??
