I am losing users because Osclass in not allowing them to register or login and it tells them "Your ip address is not allowed" please I need help to resolve this problem. Thank you in advance

I have gone to the ban rules and I dont see the clients email address there. I dont know his IP address to be able to find that. How else can I solve this please? Also, only 25 entries are showing under ban rules. How can I increase the number of ban rules that show at a time? And is there any way I can disable automatic banning IP address. I thought, I am supposed to set the ban rules. Does the website sets its own rules? I have seen so many clients listed in the ban rules section who have valid gmail and yahoo addresses.

You can go to database and get it from there.
Plugins like anti-spam can generate rules.
