When adding a new listing, there are three options: to add a price, to select free item or to select Check with seller. The last two options should bypass the price mandatory field but the "Check with seller" doesn't. If I set price field mandatory then I try to use "Check with seller" it gives me error that I must fill the price. I think is a bug

Not quite understand your answer. Now in "Check with seller" option the price field cannot be empty(error comes up). Anyway I can fix the issue renaming the term "Check with seller" to "Negotiable". It make more sense to customers to accept it.

It is not, that's what I am trying to say here. Maybe in your demo you do not have selected Price field as mandatory in settings. But on my site "check with seller" doesn't allow me blank field. Only Free item allows.

Yesterday I disabled somewhere in settings that mandatory price field option and now both options works and price no more mandatory. Anyway, I am trying to put it back but I am literally searching for it for about 2 hours and can't find it again. It vanished. Can you tell me where to find it?

This is removing the price fields completely. I am talking about a setting which allowed me to "make price field mandatory" , checking or unchecking it. I unchecked that and now the price field no more mandatory(neither check with Seller). But that setting field vanished. Looks like I dreamed it. I can't find it again to make price mandatory again.

Not sure about other field, maybe check theme settings.

Anyway, I see now that it's missing a "negotiable" option which is quite different than "check with seller" because "negotiable" option allows you to show the price and to specify that it can be negotiate. It is quite mandatory on a listing site.

Damn, I found it! It is in back office manager plugin, listings. If I check that back then the "check with seller" option doesn't let me leave the price field blank, actually "check with seller" option doesn't work anymore.
