Locations not populating

with the latest version8.0.2, The locations feature for adding locations is opening the first and second list. United States : California: THEN IS DIES FROM HERE - just the circle of death, no city.
Any idea? Region settings seem to be correct, i tried deleting the locations then adding back and that did not work.

You can try to manually execute insert sql on your database.
Suppose its stoped in middle of the process.
US has more than 50k of entries.

are you recommending that I load the database manually? I think this might be a Delta Theme error, the admin panel shows perfectly.

So where you see this cut-off?
