Ban rules not posted to dbase

I can add many ban rules but none go to the database.

Do you mean, once you add ban rule, it is not correctly inserted into database?

yes sir, thats what I mean.  Its not even incorrectly inserted into the database.

Looks like posting must be cron related.  They appear in the dbase now.  Its not an instant change to the database table.

If you have query caching, that could be also problem. When you submit ban, check DB directly in mysql admin to see if is there or not
