Description of the article without any splitting

Hello, when I publish an article and add a description of the article, it looks like the picture. And when the article is published and you look at the article description on the website, it is merged together without any splitting. Why is that?

    It looks like original one is with paragraphs and second without.

    You could play with "white-space" css param... but depends how it is stored in database.
