Emails arrive with HTML code -How to remove?

Emails sent by the OSCLASS v8.2.1 arrive with HTML code in them.

How can this be corrected?


Attached is an example when a new listing is posted, below is example of the way the body of the email arrives to the poster of the item:

Osclass sent mails as HTML.

Am receiving emails from the OSCLASS software with HTML code visible in the body instead of the rendered content.  Is there a place to toggle this or a way to correct the issue?

I dont recall seeing such issue.
Question is if mail is sent as plain text or its problem of receiving mail client, that as part of spam protection, shows it as plain text
