Configure database cache on Osclass

If I dont have this option on my cpanel "memcache" what I can do for database cache.

Plugin for file I have installed.

It does not require plugin, it require specific libraries/tools to be installed on your hosting.

My provider has memcache only on VPS servers and are expensive.
On my cpanel I dont have this one I can do my self something for database cache
