I am having issues for a single category in Website. Cannot set attributes for it, cannot set payments cannot set anything.

Any ideas why?

All, all all plugins installed and functional.

When I swich the category that does not work, with another one that works properly, and then when I swich back to the one that does not work, it keeps the attributes to the one that work. any idea what could be?
