customization premium listings

hello my theme have an option to view premium listings and appear just 5 ads

how can i add 5 premium listings each premium listing appear just 5 ads then appear latest listings?

Not clear what you mean, but you can define number of premium items in search box usually in theme settings.

not that i meant i upload to screenshots first one main theme and second one what i want to edit on my website

i mean to make more than a premium list please check the screenshots and you will understand me

Thats not going to work as each block is going to have same premiums.

no not just to repeat i mean user will choose to put his ad on which premium 1,2,3,4,5 and every premium will have different ads are you got it
