I'm using TOR because it seems no matter what i do fails. My ips are banned. And i guess i'm not the only one.

PLEASE fix this. Permanently.

It's most probably by cloudflare that modify your IP....

I participate to a huge ammount of Forums, Wordpress.org included, never had that issue.

I don't know what you mean about Cloudflare, i'm not using anything related. And nothing is wrong with my IP, this is the first time i encounter this.

And why i'm totally blocked? I can't even read anything. This is bad.

there is cloudflare applied on forums to help with DDOS, cache and similar.

That's the problem, you access forums from clodflare redirect and for some people it use some kind of general IP that usually fall together with spammers.
On the other side, if cloudflare is disabled, forums is usually occupied by tens/hundreds fake visitors those just generate load and slow down everything

Right, but you NEVER PARMANTENTLY ban something. Never.

We also use some service for our Wordpress site and the ban is from 4 minutes to an hour max, depending on the abuse.
