I realize since last osclass update the phone number is in a different place, this is normal???

This is happening since the last osclass core update

Up to zara theme, city area was used to store phone number.
Later custom table was created for newer themes to store data like phone numbers.
And from 4.x osclass update, listing phone number was added directly to t_item table.

Our new themes will directly use this field, but for older themes we does not want to change it to not require update from people to osclass 4.x. It would also be redundant as everything is setup in older themes.

For now i cant upgrade the theme, i bought from mb-themes, and regarding the policy of osclasspoint i need bought again, and for now its not possible bought again.

Sooner or later i will bought again.. by the way, i think zara theme deserve a major upgrade like live search, record clicks on phone numbers, add a rating to listings comments, profile pictures, etc, etc.. some of this changes i already implement, but i think zara deserve a major upgrade, even if the price increase a little...
