Since yesterday my site stopped tracking analytics on google

Hello,

Since yesterday, my site stopped tracking analytics. Only change i made is i added facebook javascript login plugin. So, i  disabled it, but still tracking wont work. I even removed the tracking code i used to have manually on theme, and added the plugin for analytics tracking, but still doesn't work.

I checked my page source and i can normally view my analytics code there..

Any idea anyone?

They probably discontinued old tracking and you need to setup universal analytica v4?

no i was using the new GA4 version of analytics since i made the site. They will discontinue the universal on 23d of July.

Weird thing is, that i created an empty html, added the tracking code and still didnt showed up on analytics.

For now, i created a property on analytics using the old universal system, and i added this tracking code which works.

Crazy stuff - no clue whats going on

if that was the case how it was working for 2 months? Code is within <head>

If code is in body, then you contact google for support.
As that's only configuration requried.
