Title: Small issues, i think.

Hello...

In admin dashboard there is two thinks, that in my oppinion is not working.

1. When i try to upload sql with email messages in tools - import data, that, return an error.

2. When i try to add a language zip file, that ends in a blan page, when i try to upload it.

Make sure language code you've defined in email templates exists in oc_t_locale table, you can also enable error loging to see what is going on, but it sounds like you get error from foreign key that did not found entry in that table for your locale code.
