about currency formate in osclass

{NUMBER} {CURRENCY} -  will display 100.00 Euro €

{CURRENCY} {NUMBER} -  will display  Euro € 100.00


in which file can must i edit to change the currency format i know i can edit from admin panel but i mean to edit it from scratch as when i install osclass for scratch it install with new currency format which i will edit it
