Spam User Registration issue

since yesterday i am getting around 3-4 bot registrations per 10m ( i have enabled the google re-captcha plugin on registration page ).

It's bot 100%.....

any proposal how to deal with this since it can solve google re-captcha ?

Check anti-spam plugin that can validate IP and email against spam database

Did you enter ReCaptcha v2 Tickbox Api Key correctly?

yes, i have it enabled. and at the option: Mutliple account from same IP. - > i have Deny creating multiple accounts.
