I'm encountering an issue with the Report listing feature. Someone is spamming me marking items as spam, expired, or offensive. Is it possible to disable this function entirely? Alternatively, could you give me a specific line in the core code where I might disable this feature? Or perhaps, is there a bot protection feature available to counteract this behavior?

I use a delta theme. Removed the code that gives a link to Report Listing but still have this issue.
