A lot of people complaining about getting dozens of messages about renewals. Is there any way to stop them? for a specific user? or how can they disable email notifications by theirselves?

Look, people complaining receiving notifications about their renewals. Is there any way they can stop these messages like click here to renew your item?

Where? I cannot see. "A lot of" means there is at least 10 complains in last 2 weeks.

Look, how can I fix that? I would like stop some notifications, like "continue sell articles"... that also annoys me.

I am the first one complaining about sending it 20 times for each ad. One time should be enough. There is not 10 ppl in last 2 weeks but there is 4 persons that emailed me, 1 deleted his account with all the ads.

4 persons in 1 single day.

For me this is a big MATTER, so I came to forum to ask for help.

Ok so you might mean that "your customers complain" ...
You may disable various functions in functions.php of plugin, or add "return false;" at start of email functions.

Even I am spammed by that messages that says "continue sell items" I get it each hour.

Is it possible disable it in back office?

Otherwise can you provide me specific instructions about how to disable at least some of them that became spammy? What do I have to do please? I mean a code example?

It is about email templates in settings. The one with "continue sell items" comes the most dozens times / day.

How can I stop it please?
