I talked to the hosting people and they said that everything is fine with them

We occasionally have this error and we do NOT run Osclasspoint (yet, because we have upgrade issues).

This is either a hosting issue or a legacy Osclass issue, who knows. Nothing to do with certificates.

In our case it happens in classes/utils.php and i guess it is related to some cron or other automated service.

line 362 and 363 are empty spaces..

In your latest post the error shows fsockopen(): unable to connect to :0  - Port 0 should be 80 i think....

And replace with:

8.02 has overwritten the file.
On line 344:

  $fp = fsockopen($host, $port, $errno, $errstr, $timeout = 30);And let us know what error this may show....
Otherwise it is possible to hide the error again with
Code: [Select]
  $fp = @fsockopen($host, $port);This last line hides the problem but is not solving the issue.

Hi I had a similar issue on one of mine domain, and it is defenetly the server issue not osclass.
I have updated openssl package on server to solve the problem.

Why not just delete the whole line instead off backslashes.... yahooapis will never return so just throw it away
