Send a message to specific users

How can the osclass admin send a message to some users - not all. (eg a message asking them to fix their ad)

This plugin is very good for moderation only. It is not suitable for sending a simple message to one or all users.

You have mail address so you can mail those users instead. Otherwise not getting the need for such function.
