The listing hasn't been enabled?

As I browse the osclass website.

I noticed this message below,

The listing hasn't been enabled. Please enable it in order to make it public

The message pop up when I try to view one of the user ad.
What is this mean?
And how to fix it?

Item is disabled or deactivated (or not activated)
