It is possible that file you imported does not have cities in those regions.
In latest osclass version, France SQL file has 5MB and a lot of cities.

Thank you, will investigate this week hopefuly.

Maybe I live in future, probably new locations will be used from Osclass 8.0.2
For some reason most of cities are duplicated so it looks like datasource problem

If you would run downloaded SQL, you would have cities as well. Country must be completely removed before that.
You can manually add cities in backoffice.

I downloaded 2 country files and imported them separately for testing. China can be successfully imported, but the French import prompts an error.

You must run that file on your database.
Honestly I am not sure about import option.
