Location Error - Cities list not Showing

Thank you for your previous help.

I’ve encountered a strange issue—only in England, the list of cities is missing (please see the attached screenshot). Could you please guide me on how to fix this?

Is there an option to refresh the locations?
Also, if I remove the existing county and reinstall the country, will it affect the existing customer data who have already selected a UK location?

Please let me know the correct way to resolve this.

Check if you do not have errors in browser console and check in database as well.

Actually this is not browser issue.. user also not able to find cities in England.


May be its database error.

and if this error because of database, then I have uninstall UK country and reinstall it?

or any other way to fix this issue.

Is there any option to import cities or region.. .or option to refresh location data..

in database there is option

OS_t_city
OS_t_country


but not able to find OS_t_region

this option available - os_t_ais_region_meta

ok finally I have found OS_t_region

and there is England (screenshot attached)

now what to do?

and when i run this command

SELECT s_name
FROM os_t_city
WHERE fk_i_region_id = 9269131
ORDER BY s_name ASC;


then cities list showing total - 1842, but why not showing there in Admin panel and also in User Profile??

How to fix this??

Ok .. I Have fixed this issue with help of ChatGPT, there are many duplication cities showing above 18000 in England..

So chatgpt help me to fix this issue.. deleted all cities and then added only top 50 cities in England.

Yes too many entries might cause timeout when loading them.
