UNABLE TO Drag & Drop New Categories

Please, running Osclass 8.1.1 and unable to drag & drop new created categories.
Checked demo site and it is also the same. Unable to drag and drop categories.

Because it's using jQuery Version 3.x . Switch to 1.x.

Item views plugin is showing 0 views, the views do not count while jQuery 3.x.x activated
