Title: user notification renew articles - Warn about the expiration

Hello!
The settings don't seem to work for me so that users get a warning e-mail x days before an ad expires so that they can re-list the article.

Is it perhaps because I have nothing in the mail server settings?
Does this have to be filled out so that everything runs via SMTP and SSL?

Could someone write here to whom the reminder email is sent and which entries they have made so that it works.
I almost think the function doesn't work at all.
Because I'm not the only one who doesn't work

It is required to have cron setup properly on your site.
