"Disable contact publisher form" is not works (osclass v8.0.1, delta v1.2.4)

Hello!
I have set the check mark "Disable contact publisher form" in dashboard->listings->settings, but "contact" button & contact publisher form still available (osclass v8.0.1, delta theme v1.2.4).
Please help to fix it. Thank you.

Setting does not touch buttons, there would have to be direct support in theme.
