Users cannot select Listing Location

I recently updated the osclass to version 4.2. I checked from frontend that users cannot select listing location options that is region and city. Please see the snaphot attached. How can this issues be resolved?

Is already prepared in 4.2.1, should be released next week.

what you are suppose to run this platform on client website like this. Think how much complaints and hate they will receive if a major problem is fixed this late. I am just new so I can bear but if I had so many users what the hell it would have created.

Please update to 4.2.1 that fix problem with pagination and counter.
