Move all files as well as database, then update config.php as well as oc_t_preference table in database and make sure your old URL has been changed to new one.

Please, it is the same domain and same website. Nothing is changing. Do I still need to change anything?

Procedure should be still same. config.php contains information how to connect to database as well.
