Title: Bender theme, how do I make the subcategories clickable on the front page

Bender theme, how do I make the main and subcategories clickable on the front page. The main and subcategories are only clickable if a listing exist.

Well it does not make too much sense, as user will go to page that is empty. In general it does not matter at all.
