Title: Devellopment tools questios

This is just a question to improve my skills...

When i open a style.css i saw allot of css code, whith allot of dependencies between the styles... when we do something new is almost impossible to do it with only notepad++, notepad is good for small thigs...

So the question is, what software usually devellopers use to work specially with css and styling.. Dreamweaver???
