Title: Permission denied ERROR - Session.php

I need help to resolve this error that is happening with OSCLASS, I have tried everything and I was not successful, and the login screen of "OC-ADMIN" is looping infinitely on login. He appears to have some permission error that I don't know how to resolve. thank you very much for your attention :'(

It looks like hosting issue, does not look like you have wrong permissions on file

when i add the file "php.ini" it disappears the errors, however it creates an "error_log" with the same errors and continue looping through the administrator login

You should check that first with your hosting
