Title: Problem with Real estate attributes

When click on the 'Property type' on Real estate attributes nothing shows.
This problem is with all premium themes on osclasspoint.

It will be problem on any theme until property types are correctly defined in plugin settings.

This plugin has several issues especially on newer PHP versions, would be nice to take a look on it and fix different notices and design bug, anyway you should be able to add property types.
