After enabling Patricia theme I have some performace issue.
I am using my own dedicated server which I operate since 2012. It hosts some large ecommerce website and for this reason the server has been tuned to its max performance (and especially mySql database performance). The server configuration is proven and not related to this issue.

I installed latest OSClass, got it configured, added some categories and a few test ads.
When usung default BLENDER theme entire website is lightning fast. To load the main website takes about 400ms, to load entire category tree takes less than 300ms, to load the ads pages (even those containing 10+ photos) takes 400-650ms max.

Things get worst after I changed to Patricia theme. All pages are so much slower just by using this theme (no other changes to the back-end configuration nor installed plugins).
On Patricia the main page needs at least 2 sec to load. The worst are the ads pages which needs all between 6.5 to 9 sec to fully load ! Just the content load itself is not so bad (about 2 seconds but still much slower than 400ms on BLENDER theme). The worst here is TTFB time which takes about 5 to 6 sec even before the first byte of the content is rendered on the screen.

I disabled ALL instaled plugins - but there is no major change in page loading time even with no plugins enabled/installed. So none of installed plugins are troublemaker here.
I then re-enabled all plugins, changed to BLENDER default theme. All time loads were instantly back to its lighyning fast figures close to 400-500ms..... even for ads with the Google map, 10+ photos and ads in your area map plugins installed.

MBTHEMES please help solving the problem.

Please see the speed on BLENDER, then please change to Patricia on oc-admin and see the difference.

All plugins are disabled now.
With plugins enabled pages are same fast on BLENDER but even slower on Patricia....

I have tested on your domain Patricia vs. Bender and Patricia was loaded in avarage 1.3 seconds, bender in 0.9 seconds.
If you compare design of both themes, where bender is almost plain HTML structure with no design and Patricia use complex javascripts and external scripts to provide icons and better functionality with jQuery, you need to take this into account.

Tested on listing page.

You lost me now... I would not complain about 1.3 sec.

Chrome console shows me 6.5 sec average. And my PC is on the same network (same IP class) as the server.
I also tried pingdom.com service and it returnes almost same time...
