There is no such space or loop on patricia theme.
You may need to use some plugin that shows premiums only, or develop it in theme.

now what that means i have seen in the demo that you have decoated the premium listing and showing it on mainpage  as well ,every theme has this option then why not this theme O o ?

Well, first you have demo available where you can test all theme functions.
Then, it is very interesting that you complain on functionality missing after 15 months from purchase.
If every theme has this option, then I recommend to use every theme.

There is a good story to recommend.
