how do i change the content for 4 column at th footer part there ?

there are 4 column at the footer there.
1)easy and fast Publish
2)Categories
3)Information
4)Share us
may i know where do i setting it ? must go to the footer.php manually change ?

for the 3) oc-admin > pages, i would like to add contact us pages. how to i add a link there?
