How to configure OSC_Slider plugin

I can see the test for the slider on the main.php page but where does it get configured and switched on - theme looks odd without slider working after looking at the demo site

1) Install plugins delivered with theme (plugins.zip - read readme file)
2) OSC slider will be installed as well
3) In left sidebar in oc-admin first icon is to setup osc slider plugin
4) Go there and add new slides
