How to translate this slugs?

hello dear support

I am trying to translate: Related (which is showing at the single ad page)
and:  Add to the watch list
i did not find them at the .po files, then added them as terms, but still no result
Please suggest some solutions

You need to translate:
- related ads module
- watchlist module
