how to change primary language while posting

Hi
my default language is english but when someone publish a post my another language arabic which is not set as default language but it comes as a posting language which the user change to english how can i set it to a an english please help thanks.

I would say positioning of language tabs is done in alphabet order.

Menu is pulled via osclass core functions.
You can create javascript function that will identify primary language and change selection based on this.
