Title: selection of countries on main page is posable ?

Hi
    i  have three countries on my page and i want that when people come to my website one country is static on home page but visitors also have a selection drop down to select one from three countries is it posable or i have to contact you for custom work and how much would be the cast for that custom work please help me thanks.
