I have purchased the patricia theme and now i'm looking for a compatible Premium Add Plugin with paypal connection. Can MB Themes help me? I don't find informations on google.

We will not provide information about any external plugin. That would mean we recommend it and in case of problems, you would blame us. Any plugin created in osclass standards will be compatible.
