Check the operation of the forum 1.4.7 plugin on localhost, turn it off and delete it. I tested the forum 1.3.7 plugin; after deleting the plugin, all categories and advertisements are deleted, only the header at the top of the site remains.
If forum 1.4.7 works, I want to make money on it and translate the required number of plugins. Tell me which plugins need to be translated into Russian.

I thought that if the forum plugin overwrites the tables when installed, then this is not an error; it is simply forbidden to delete it.

Plugin removes own tables once it is uninstalled.
Every plugin does that.
