Title: desplay Meta Description for each category in front page

I am using all_in_one plugin
it has a utility to desplay  Meta Description for each category (Bugins >> All in One SEO >> Categories) which is different than the main primary category Description (Sitings >> Categories)

I want to desplay the category description from "All in One SEO" plugin on the  front page for the category listing page below the H1 category title...

Possible, but I do not remember what are functions to get it.
Check functions.php
