Change the Auctions Osclass plugin layout

Is it possible to change the layout of the Auctions Osclass Plugin to have the auction information next to the item as in the attached photo?

If you update theme design to have such sidebar and move plugin hook to this sidebar, it should work OK.
But if you think about 1 button you hit to shuffle plugin design based on your preference, then no, not available.

The style I wanted was more or less similar to the one in the image, is it possible to do it? If so, which path should I follow?
