There are some issues (serious i thing) with that plugin, was the same with the original one from osclass org.

In many places there is a typo:

Instead of gdpr_osclass there is gpdr_osclass.

For example:

No visible elements on user side in epsilon theme on 2. Sep 20232.0 - Not very good

According to plugin settings info,
(A) there should be some visible effect / buttons on user side, but I don´t see anything anywhere.
(B) I don´t understand the comment
(C) Supports the idea that there should be something visible on users side (user menu)

Installed and activated + triggered On that Free GDPR plugin but no visual effect - even after logout, clear-cache, tried multiple browsers..
No effect..

You should see buttons in user menu.

I would recommend to test on default theme.
If it works there, you've probably removed user_menu hook in your theme
