Hi Team,

I am using Veronika theme and Radius Search Plugin (Osclaspoint version). I have configured plugin as per instructions but sill I am not able to find post by distance to near by area/city.

Can you please help me to troubleshoot the issue ?

Yes listing has longitude and latitudes assigned ...see attached screenshot

You have not uploaded coordinates for cities.

It is working perfectly. I was in wrong impression that if I enable Google then it doesn't require to upload coordinates manually.

Hi Team,

I am trying to upload city coordinates for USA, it worked well for few cities . But now I am seeing this kind of two errors and not uploading coordinates :

1. Action successful on step 3
2. Action unsuccessful on step 2

Why in Step 2 is show Not Found (25429) cities ?

It means that osclass structure for locations is not ideal. You can use google API to fill missing coordinates.

So , how to use google API to fill missing coordinates.

I have already enabled Google API feature configuration, how it will fetch coordinates ?

On coordinates upload step. Simply you need to know geo position of each city you have in database, otherwise it cannot be used to search in radius from this city...
