you told "Replace content of your oc-content/plugins/rad_search/index.php with content of attached." sorry i did not understand  what i want to replace

I Replaced content of my oc-content/plugins/rad_search/index.php with content of attached index.txt.
But the map is yet not showing on edit item page.
Is there anything else i need to do?

I also want the map to be shown on the admin side when i (admin) want to edit a listing. This is to put the location at the exact point if the user is not able to do so
