For Publish map when i click on any location it pick only address and city. some time it work for Region but most of the time it picks only address.
same for when i select my location.
How can i fix it, so that every time it will pick Region, city , address all fields ?

It depends if google can recognize selected location. If google return no region in response, then nothing is shown.
