If a user unsubscribes from notifications for new ads, notifications are deleted on the user's page, but not deleted in the admin control panel. This bug was in osclass 4.4 and remains in 8.0.0

That is complete misunderstanding how it works.
We will update design of alerts as attached in 8.0.1 and will add also option for admins to cleanup unsubscribed alerts older than 30 days.

the user himself subscribes to what he is looking for, as I understand it, if the user is no longer interested in his saved searches and he deletes them from himself, then why are they not deleted in the admin panel?

No, user unsubscribe, not remove subscription.
I was not searching why it is not removed but just disabled, there can be relation to different functions.
